Redo policy: Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on time spent with your stylist. Please let us know within one week if you are unhappy with your service, and we will try to make things right.
Product Returns: Products may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.
Cancellations/Deposits: New hair color or texturizing customers may be required provide a credit card to reserve an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, in the event the event that someone cancels with 24 hours, 50% of the service will be charged to the card. Any no shows will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. Thank you for understanding that our stylists set aside valuable time for each appointment, and without any advanced notice we miss the opportunity to fill the time.
Gift Cards: Gift cards can be picked up in our Arlington hair salon or ordered over the phone and can be mailed out. They can not be used toward weddings/events and are 100% non-refundable.
